"We’ve seen that students are already well-versed with their mobile devices. Through Suitable with their push notifications and gamification, we’re able to interact with students while they’re already on their phones. We can see this data regarding how well our activities are performing and adjust our strategy in real time."

"Suitable helped me develop my professional skills as well as my confidence. I was able to see a roadmap of all the activities and things that I needed to execute to become a professional."
Bucknell University Student Alumni
"Of the features Suitable offers, we definitely use the task activities the most, I’d say around 90% of the time. As a Jesuit institution, this has been especially influential as discernment and reflection are two huge components of the values we want students to lead with. This program has helped them to reflect as to why these activities are meaningful to them as they continue on with their educational and professional journeys."
Jackie Leung
Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Student Success, Loyola Marymount University
"I believe that Suitable was one of the main experiences that allowed me to land numerous professional development opportunities. Practicing my mock interview on Sutiable provided me with critical techniques and feedback that I was able to implement."
Student at Lehigh University
"Suitable did wonders for me. They made me feel like I had a ‘hand up’ while looking for a full-time job."

Yes, we work with nearly 100 AACSB schools and counting. We are also an AACSB Business Alliance Member. We sponsor the AACSB Dean’s and Associate Dean’s conference each year, in addition to hosting several AACSB webinars.
Yes, we work with each individual Business School to define a custom competency framework unique to their SLOs, Strategic plan, and employer feedback.
Competency frameworks translate/align Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) and allows schools to track the skills that students develop through both curricular and co-curricular activities.
Yes, most of our business schools work with Suitable to help them with specific AACSB accreditation standards and Assurance of Learning requirements.
Suitable supports several indirect measures of assessment that allow business schools to measure students’ perceived learning on a specific task, project, or experience. This is facilitated via Suitable through self-guided reflections and ePortfolio submissions. With self-guided reflections, students respond to your prompts in their own words accordingly. With ePortfolio submissions, students collect work samples and artifacts that serve as evidence of their achievements, skills, and competencies throughout their educational journey.
Suitable facilitates a range of direct measures of assessment that provide concrete evidence of a student’s skills, proficiencies, and abilities. With Suitable’s custom forms, surveys, and assessments - schools can create their own assessments directly in-app. For business schools that want to leverage something ready-made, we can offer the NACE Competency Assessment Tool. Through our partnership with NACE (National Association of Colleges & Employers) we are exclusive providers of this assessment, which evaluates career readiness across the 8 NACE competencies. If your business school already has an assessment (Strengths, etc.), we can incorporate that into the system for students to take as well. So either way, we have you covered.
We do! Every business school is partnered with a dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) here at Suitable. Your CSM will be responsible for coordinating all of the steps needed to have a successful launch. Typically, if it’s the very first launch, it’s a best practice to launch to the first-year students. Then you add the new class each year and eventually you have seamlessly onboarded all of your business students!
Yes. Most of our business students only use the mobile app. Not having a fully-functional mobile app is problematic with modern students.
There sure is! This is one of our strengths. Your dedicated Client Success Manager will work with you on any custom reporting needs. Whether you simply need an engagement report for AACSB accreditation, Assurance of Learning (AoL), the Continuous Improvement Report (CIR), or any other reporting need you may have.
